Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed before a day of sightseeing. The staff in the corridor were extremely polite and made me feel right at home. The location was fabulous with many attractions just a few minutes walk away. The dining experience, while basic, was adequate. Overall, a great value for the price.
The hotel is ideally located near Rockefeller Center and close to main NY attractions in a quiet street. The rooms, though a bit small, offer good value for money. The service was efficient, but staff could be more welcoming. The dining options were minimal but acceptable, served only on weekends. The location is perfect for exploring the city and attending events at Radio City.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. While the rooms had a nice view from the 1950's window, being right above the restaurant or possibly the deli next door wasn't ideal. Additionally, the price for one night felt a bit expensive without any amenities or services included.
The hotel's location is superb, almost at 5th Ave and around the corner from Rock Center and the Cathedral, making it an NYC gem. The rooms offer a nice view and are fair in size, though the twin-sized beds are a bit tiny. The service staff, while approachable and pleasant, could use slight attitude adjustment as supplies often ran out before replenishing. The dining options, while better than no breakfast at all, were limited to basic cereals and pastries, missing healthy choices like fruits or eggs. Despite the dining, the stay was made excellent by the facilities, especially the bar and restaurant.
My stay at the hotel was simple but perfectly adequate for my one-night business trip. The room, although not very big or nice, was clean and comfortable. However, it was shabby and dated, not welcoming at all, which made me dread going back to sleep in it, especially since I couldn't get a refund as I had prepaid.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, exceeding my expectations for a last-minute trip. The service was top-notch, particularly thanks to Cindy's outstanding assistance. The location was superb, providing easy access to key attractions, although the constant humming noise from the nearby vending machine was a downside. The dining experience, while offering a basic breakfast, was convenient for quick meals. Overall, a great value for the money.
